They will also learn the importance of a good building information management (BIM) for improving the energy performance of the building during the usage.

The deliverable on information materials for technicians has been published. The use of BIM to improve the energy performance of buildings is described for each phase of the building life from the preliminary design till the construction, management and use.
The technicians will learn how important is their role during the installations to complete the BIM model "as it is" for operational & maintenance of the buildings.
They will also learn the importance of the information provided during the installation, to maintain the energy performance of the building during its usage.

The deliverable on information materials for public administration has been published. The use of BIM to improve the energy performance of buildings is described for each phase of the building life from the preliminary design till the construction, management and use.
The public administration officers will find basic information on BIM and main competences necessary to manage the authorization process in the correct way.

BIM ir energinio efektyvumo kompetencijų žemėlapis
Paruošas žemėlapis (Maps on NZEB and BIM competences for target groups) nurodo, kokias kompetencijas darbininkai, specialistai ir viešojo administravimo darbuotojai turi turėti, kad būtų pasiekti geresni BIM taikymo visose pastato gyvavimo ciklo etapuose rezultatai.
Žemėlapis sudarytas atsižvelgiant į kitus Europoje įgyvendintus ir įgyvendinamus projektus, kurie pastaraisiais metais buvo susiję su kompetencijomis ir energinio pastatų efektyvumo stiprinimu. Net-UBIEP projekte šios kompetencijos buvo susietos su BIM kompetencijomis.

Mokymo schemų standartizacijos planas
Plane (Draft of the Standardization of Training Schemes) pateikiama kompetencijų pripažinimo proceso kiekvienoje projekte dalyvaujančioje valstybėje apžvalga.
Projekto pabaigoje ketinama pasirašyti projekte dalyvaujančių valstybių memorandumą dėl vienodo kompetencijų traktavimo BIM ir energinio pastatų efektyvumo srityje.

Ataskaita dėl galiojančių CEN standartų ir standartizacijos procesų
Ataskaitoje (Report on CEN existing standards and standardization landscape) pateikiama pasaulyje taikomų standartų apžvalga ir aprašoma, kaip standartai yra pasiūlomi, aptariami ir patvirtinami įtraukiant visas pagrindines suinteresuotas grupes.
Standartai turi atitikti galutinio vartotojo reikalavimus ir nesukurti kliūčių rinkai. Tarptautinė ne pelno siekianti organizacija „buildingSMART International“ užsiima standartų vystymu pagal tikslinių grupių poreikius. ISO ir CEN techninis komitetas sutarė dirbti kartu toliau vystant BIM standartus, sukurtus „buildingSMART International“.
Keli projekto net-UBIEP partneriai yra aktyvūs šių techninių komitetų dalyviai, todėl galėjo suteikti informaciją apie pagrindinius iki šiol pasiektus rezultatus.

Ataskaita dėl tikslinių grupių funkcijų
Antrojoje ataskaitoje (Report on Roles of Target Groups in the Building Life Cycle and their role in NZEB implementation) aprašomos pagrindinių keturių tikslinių grupių funkcijos ir konkretūs įgūdžiai, reikalingi beveik nulinės energijos pastatų statybos sektoriuje. Pagrindinės tikslinės grupės: viešojo administravimo subjektai, inžinieriai bei architektai, technologai (montuotojai, prižiūrėtojai), statinių naudotojai, valdytojai ir administratoriai.

Pirmoji net-UBIEP ataskaita
Pirmoji ataskaita apie egzistuojančias BIM profesines sritis (Report on existing BIM professional profiles) yra skirta prisidėti prie 7-iose valstybėse – projekto partnerėse egzistuojančių BIM profesinių sričių suderinamumo pagal EKS (Europos kvalifikacijų sandarą mokymuisi visą gyvenaimą; angl. EQF - European Qualifications Framework for Lifelong Learning) metodologiją.
Kiekvienos valstybės atstovai apibrėžė ir suderinimo šalyje naudojamas profesines sritis, surinkdami informaciją apie EKS lygį, darbo sritis, užduotis ir kompetencijas reikalingas: BIM vadovui, BIM koordinatoriui, BIM ekspertui, BIM naudotojui, BIM vertintojui, BIM pastatų ūkio valdytojui.
Atskiri statinio gyvavimo ciklo etapai, net ir įvertinus skirtingus nacionalinius požiūrius, remiasi RIBA (angl. Royal Institute of British Architects) nustatytu darbų planu, kurį aprašė Jungtinės Karalystės architektų ir inžinierių asociacija.
