training activities planning: elaboration of training contents
The e-learning content is developed in a form of filmed webinars which can be viewed for free after register on ENEA platform for training
The e-learning contents are developed in the form of webinars based on six video lessons. To access you must register for free on the ENEA training platform, search for the course or video lessons by entering the keyword "BIM"
In the first lesson, we discuss the importance of BIM dissemination for all target groups, the basic concepts and how companies can implement their own structure towards an open bim approach.
training activities planning: procedures for the identification of requirements
The project set up Net-UBIEP BIM Academy that provides training through modules defined through cooperation of partners delivering training (producers) and beneficiaries of the training (consumers). The Academy created a prosumer platform - the training lab that operates on the principles of labs (using experience of energy labs) to design the training modules. At the inauguration of the Academy, 7 modules were developed and tested. These system of modules is an open system that can be further developed through annual (or more frequent if necessary) BIM training lab that reviews the existing modules defines new requirements. The participants of the lab are recruited from the supporters of the Academy. External experts are also invited as n necessary.

dissemination and exploitation strategy
The project set up Net-UBIEP BIM Academy within the green construction initiative "Building Future" affiliating key stakeholders (tertiary education institutions, professional chambers, SMEs - BIM service providers, associations affiliating operators throughout the building value chain). The stakeholders support the activity of the Academy and share know-how and information through the Academy with their peers, as anticipated by the rules and principles of the green initiative.
This way, the dissemination and exploitation of BIM know-how is multiplied by the number of actors and benefit by voluntary provided know-how through training delivered to all stakeholders of implementing BIM with the aim of increasing energy efficiency of buildings, specifically using tools that help energy optimisation of buildings throughout the buildings life cycle. This way, the Academy mobilizes the necessary resources that would be very difficult to mobilize through a pure commercial action. The costs are shared by the beneficiaries of the training and sponsors of the Academy.

At first we were trying to educate the professionals ourselves. However the impact of this is too small. Therefore we partnered with educators to disseminate the learning material. These educators make use of the same qualification structure and learning materials. The educators/BIM coaches have also a deep relationship with construction companies. Also most BIM coaches are already working in these construction companies. Educators and BIM coaches don't have objective learning material, or have little knowledge to connect BIM competences with training material. That is the moment where we step in. We provide the necessary materials with the right quality, provide opportunities as an intermediate between construction companies and trainers, Also we play a role in the location and the discussion between the BIM educators/BIM coaches. So instead of developing and educating people ourselves, we do now partner with educators and BIM coaches: We provide and maintain learning materials and qualification structure, the BIM educators/coaches train professionals.
To obtain the best results for using the learning materials there is a network of educators necessary. We succesfully united BIM educators and BIM coaches which will use the BIM/NZEB learning materials.
